About the Site
The name for this site is basically self-explanatory. Magical refers to the Harry Potter fandom as the series are heavily magically induced. While coupling refers to the actual coupling of characters into intimate/personal relationships. Both canon and fanon.I don't exactly remember what prompted me to open this site. I know that I wanted to do a graphics website, but I also knew that I wanted it to be small so that I could manage it and control it alone. However, in the end I decided to create only layouts rather than the usual icons and wallpapers and that's mainly because any lurker can get icons and wallpapers. Pretty much any and every fansite offers these and I didn't want to be one of those.
Anyway, I noticed that there weren't a lot of sites that offered layouts especially none like the ones that you'll find here. My pre-made layouts are fully coded and come with extras while most websites only have the images and even those aren't complete. But again I didn't just want a layout site. I wanted something that wasn't really seen because God knows I hate doing the same as everyone else - and that's when the coupling idea popped up.
I didn't want to strictly base it on het-pairings, or strictly slash-pairings because I didn't want to be biased or play favorites (because clearly slash would've won) so I did both. I wanted everyone to be able to come here and find what they want. Anyone can submit a layout or even request one. My site is universal and that's what I originally wanted.
